PipelineMT and MTSU Mobile
Students, faculty, and staff can use PipelineMT to access a variety of university information. They can also use BlueID Online to submit ID photos, obtain a replacement card, and get low balance alerts. They can also register for classes and drop or add courses. To do so, they must log in to PipelineMT and go to Registration & Student Records.
Registration & Student Records
The Registration & Student Records section of PipelineMT includes the Priority Registration Tools and Schedule Planner. To see your assigned registration time, log in to PipelineMT and select the term you wish to register for from the left menu. Then, click “Assigned Registration Time” in the Priority Registration Tools box.
If you are not able to register for a course because it is restricted by your program (major), check the CRN to determine whether you can get an override through your advisor or department. You can also contact the MT One Stop to see what options are available for you.
BlueID Online is your web portal to everything related to your MTSU ID card and account. Students can use it to submit their own photo, obtain an ID, and manage their account balance and low balance alerts.
Course search is a way to look up classes offered in a specific term. Students can access this feature by logging in to PipelineMT, choosing “Registration and Student Records”, then selecting “Look up Classes”. To find the class you want, search by semester, then enter the prefix of the course (e.g., BCED). Then, scroll down until you see the CRN, which is the class number. Students can use the same search to find classes that fulfill degree requirements, special needs courses, honors programs, interdisciplinary programs, prescribed courses, EXL, Raider learning communities, and off-campus courses. The results are displayed in a grid format.
MTSU Mobile is the official app for students, faculty, and staff at MTSU. Use it to manage your BlueID account, submit ID photos remotely (so you don’t have to wait in line), sign up for low balance alerts, and report a lost card. Your BlueID is required for dorm access, as well as student printing and some departmental computer labs. It’s also the key to your e-Bill statement and any financial holds on your account that may prevent you from obtaining transcripts or diplomas. You can download MTSU Mobile from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. See the MTSU mobile website for more details.
